Arrow Right
  • Picked with a point

Olives carry a sense of place: the soil, the weather, the variety, the moment they were picked. Press all of that properly and you get more than something to grease a pan with.

  • From a real place

Ligurian oil has its own way about it. So does oil from Lazio. Or Puglia. Different trees, different landscapes, different hands making it. “Italian olive oil” is a pretty broad answer to a much more interesting question.

  • No mystery bottles

We look for a named producer, a real origin, and a clear story behind what’s inside. Not a vague blend with a label doing all the heavy lifting. You should be able to know where your oil came from. Seems fair.
