Nice bottle to keep by the stove, and the pour is clean enough that I can finish pasta and grilled fish without drips.

Used this for a simple tomato sauce with garlic and basil and it actually still tasted like good olive oil, not just fat in the pan. Compared to the big grocery bottle I used before, this is softer but has more flavor, so I can use a bit less and still taste it on the pasta.

I’ve been using this on simple pan-fried zucchini and it’s a clear step up from my usual supermarket oil—milder, but you can still taste it at the end without it taking over the dish.

Really like this as a daily cooking oil. The bottle’s easy to grab and the pour is controlled, so I don’t end up flooding the pan. Mild flavor, doesn’t fight with veggies or eggs, and the harvest info on the label makes me feel better about using it all the time.

First time I notice real difference from my usual supermarket oil. This one is softer, little bit nutty, and I like it a lot for finishing pasta and grilled vegetables because it adds flavor but doesn’t take over.

Bought this as a gift and tested a splash in a simple tomato pasta first — the sauce tasted rounder and the oil still came through. It’s on the mild side, so I wouldn’t use it when I want a big peppery kick.

Nice for drizzling over a simple arugula salad or on pasta, just a bit milder than I expected.

Tried a spoonful in a simple tomato pasta before gifting it, and the sauce tasted rounder but still clearly tomato, not heavy.

Nice in a simple tomato pasta. Stays gentle but you still taste the oil at the end.
